Include file name but NOT attachment

Hi all, we have clients uploading files, and some are as much as 2G. I have the ulink/remove file part commented out, so when they hit the contact form 7 page, they add a name, email, and file.

The file get’s put in a secure folder and I get my email. I don’t want the file attached due to the size, but is there a way to include in the email the file name?

Since we have so many uploads, it would be nice if the email contained the file name.
