include header and footer of wp in phpbb forum

Hi, is there a way to include the wordpress header and footer so I can wrap it around my phpbb 3 forum? If so, what code do I reference?

Doesn’t seem to work with PHPBB as overall_header.html is an HTML file and doesn’t want to include using a php include or an HTML include. Has anyone done this successfully with PHPBB?

Add the wp generated head html you need from your page to phpBB header.html

This html wouldn’t make it dynamic in any way? Which code are you referring to?
