Include HTML 5 banner in WordPress ?

    I have a HTML banner file (eh5v-howto.html) and need to include it in wordpress, instruction in this file say “
    1 Upload these folder to your server :
    eh5v.files/
    2 Paste this code to your page between the tags <body></body> in the place that you want the video to appear
    Can you please help me to include this? tanks in advance
