Include Javascript in Text Inserted by Plugin

  • How could I modify a plugin that posts text to the blog to have it insert javascript and not just plain old html?

    I’m specifically thinking of the shiftthis image caption plugin, which inserts a caption automatically under every image. I want to make it insert adsense js under the caption.
