Include Name on Spectra Form Email Notifications

I’m using the Spectra form block and having leads forwarded to my email. Is it possible to have the name entered on the form to be included in my email subject line for each lead?

Additionally, is there any way to make the email body look better than this (see below)? I’d like to remove the <strong> before and after Name, Email, Phone, etc. without removing the bold font editing from the form for those labels.
