Include of inline-edit-tax on taxonomy edit page causes js error

Hi,

I’m using Polylang 1.3.1 on WordPress 3.8.
I’ve noticed that polylang includes inline-edit-tax on edit-tags page as a dependancy.

It works perfectly on the taxonomies list page for inline edition but once you go to “edit-tags.php?action=edit”, a js error happens.
Thing is, the script is still included but the dom doesn’t exists so it fails executing.

Maybe Polylang should add some more filters before asking inline-edit-tags dependancy?
