    Hi, how do I include the customer’s order number or invoice number in the email template? because sometimes customers just replied to the cart abandonment email without providing their order number. I already include the no-reply warning in the email, but they still do the same thing.

    The plugin cannot include the invoice number in the email template.

    Only WCAR shortcodes can be included in email templates.
