Include Shipping Cost Calculation

    Hi, I noticed the percentage COD fee is only applied to product price / cart total but not to shipping cost. How to include shipping cost to COD fee percentage calculation?

    This is a feature of our PRO version. (You can check/uncheck what you need to be included in the calculation)
