    Hi,
I noticed that by default I can insert the rule to have the shipment calculated based on the Subtotal, the problem is that I need the calculation to be done on the price including taxes. I found the option under Additional Options: “Include Tax”, but it doesn’t work. I do not understand why…

The rule is: Subtotal => 40 euro = free shipping.

Example of the problem: products Gyno and Levril Lavanda are: 39,46€ (VAT escl.) but with taxes the Total is: 43,40 euro.

    How can I solve it?

At this moment, I created a rule for these products:

If there are Gyno e Levril Lavanda with quantity 1 = free shipping

    But it is not a solution… ??

I disabled cache plugin: but nothing.

I disabled all the plugins and enabled:

    – Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder
    – WPBakery Page Builder
    – WooCommerce
    – WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping

    But the problem remains…

For this reason I’ll close this topic.
