order tracking doesn’t work when cart is included in checkout

  • Hi, I had to include the cart on top of checkout page with the shortcode [woocommerce_cart], because the customers are redirected directly to the checkout after triggering the “add to cart” button.

    With this setup, the datalayer doesn’t contain the OrderCompleteEEC event or product relevant data on order-received page. It seems that GTM4WP recognizes the order-received page as the cart page or something.

    We don’t use any custom thank you page and if I remove the cart shortcode from checkout, everything works fine.

    Is there any workaround for this without removing the cart?
