Included PHP Randomly Fails

Hi,

I have created a sub menu that is generated using an included php file. The included php seems to fail to execute on a random basis. If I reload 10 times, it may load half the time. Sometimes it alternates between loading and not loading and sometimes it either comes up or doesn’t for several re-loads.

Has anyone else seen anything similar?

Any suggestions on how to track down the cause?
