I’m marking this as not a support question but more of a feature request for a couple of issues:

    1. Why are only custom fields allowed to be edited by Woo users from My Account?

    2. Why is the Dashboard and Logout links not able to be hidden from the client page? And why are the slug fields missing for those two endpoints but the other default endpoints have the slug fields editable?

It seems to me if these two issues were addresses we could actually solve the issue of having two separate dashboards! (I actually like the crm dashboard better than woo’s … but in my mind they should be able to be customized with the enpoints)

    Just my $0.2 opinion.

    Hi @midipedalboards,

Why are only custom fields allowed to be edited by Woo users from My Account?

Generally speaking, this is because other default Jetpack CRM fields will (mostly) be automatically synced when editing Woo user data (e.g., address).

That said, we see where you’re coming from, and how confusing it can be since there is no public documentation yet regarding which Woo user vs. CRM user data is synced. We have created an internal issue to dig this further to investigate further. We’ll let you know once we have public-facing documentation to share.

    2. Why is the Dashboard and Logout links not able to be hidden from the client page? And why are the slug fields missing for those two endpoints but the other default endpoints have the slug fields editable?

I understand you have reached out to us about this issue via ticket as well, where we had follow-up discussions about this. In case it helps for others running into the same issue and discovering this thread, we have created a feature request on behalf of @midipedalboards to provide better integration for WooCommerce and Jetpack CRM dashboards.

For both issues, I recommend following future releases for bug fixes and enhancement announcements, here: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack-crm

    Thanks!
