Including current page URL into the message

Hello,

Great plugin! I’m using it last few years, and it’s real life saver when you need custom form.

However, I need assistance with custom functionality.

I’m working on site for selling specific mechanical parts. On product pages without price, there is contact form for sending inquiries for price.
I need to add non-editable field(not necessary visible) which will be sent together with the message. This field will contain current page URL, so the recipient can easily know for what product they have received inquiry.

Any help is appreciated.
