Including Listing Information

I am trying to use this plugin with WP Business Directory since those listings are posts. However, the listing information doesn’t come through as the “post” but the information the post:
Listing: https://therochesteriat.com/dir/military-history-society/
The listing post ID is 676, but when I use the shortcode, it only pulls in whatever is in the “visual editor”, which in this case is nothing —
https://therochesteriat.com/military-history-society/Is there anyway to include all of the elements of a post including the listing information box to come through with the shortcode?
