    Hi,

When I first used this plugin (I have Elite license), I generated one feed that had the shipping details for multiple countries. If it’s still possible to do this, I can’t remember how! The only solution I can see is to create a separate feed for each country. Also, I can’t clone a feed and then change the country it is for.

What I am looking to do is to create a feed(s) covering five or six european countries, as efficiently as possible. I really want to avoid having set the field mappings and Google category mappings for each one etc.

Grateful for any help you can provide!

  • Hi misopaper,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

We have just pushed out a new release, version 6.3.7, in which you can actually change the country for previously configured or copied feed. I believe this is something that would help you?

Please update to the latest version of our plugin and you should be able to use it.

    Have a wonderful weekend,
    Eva

    Hi Eva,

    Thanks for the fast reply!

That is a very useful feature and I’ve just used it to clone about 10 feeds ??

However, I do now have a bit of a maintenance headache: if I want to apply rules or make a change to my product categories, I have to do it multiple times. Is it definitely not possible to show the posting values for multiple countries in one just one file?

    thanks

    Barbara

    Hi Barbara,

It would mean some pretty complex code-changes to our plugin and a lot of work so
unfortunately this is not something we will be supporting.

    Have a wonderful weekend,
    Eva

    Hi,

Assuming our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our support or have a question.

    All the best,
    Eva
