Inclusive categories instead of excluding categories

I was wondering if there is any way to use the plugin in a little bit opposite way in which it’s set up. In other words, instead of excluding certain categories, I want it to show for everything posted under Reviews.

The problem I’ve ran into is that sometimes Reviews might also be under “interviews” or “streaming”. So i’ve excluded “interviews” and “streaming” because I don’t want voting unless they are a review. So ultimately if category is Review > Album category, I want the stars to show even if there are other categories.

Does that make sense?
