(SOLVED)Incognito Window defaults to secondary language

    I am facing an issue with polylang. I have English and German on my site. On regular window it works perfectly and opens default language. But when i use incognito window either in chrome or ie it defaults to secondary language (German) and i cant seem to find the reason why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Edit: I had to reassign the Default Language Home Page in Setting->Reading->Homepage

    **even though it worked in usual browser window, it did not work in incognito mode, but after doing the above it works in both modes
