Incoherence between customers and users

Can you please give some specific details? Are you referring to WordPress users (WP-Admin > Users) and WooCommerce users (WP-Admin > WooCommerce > Customers)?

This is strange. The number of registered customers in WordPress users shouldn’t exceed that of WooCommerce customers. By any chance, did you import customers via CSV? You may want to use a plugin like this (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/) to export customers and find out who is missing.
