Incoming trackbacks not visible

  • I am new to this and don’t know php or mysql admin, but have searched for answers and can’t find one. I can see on SlimStat that I have incoming trackbacks but they do not appear as comments, moderated or unmoderated. I can find no trace in them and from php admin I can see that they are not in the database.

    Straightforward comments work and if I link two posts that shows up as a ping or trackback (I am confused by the terms in this context).

    One suggestion I found was to uncheck the “Blacklist comments from open and insecure proxies” but that has made no difference.

    What should I be doing? Thanks
