    Hi there,

The plugin is great in general and we are happy user of it. However we see that it is not updated anymore for WP latest versions and there is an issue with Elementor Pro element caching. The plugin is incompatible with this new feature of Elementor Pro and we see a risk there.

We tested this by de-activating the Stax visibility logic and than the issue with elementor element caching is not there. We know this is a feature from elementor which is in Beta but for sure they will push it anytime soon.

Can you please let us know if you are planning to run any updates on this plugin for compatibility with WordPress, Elementor Pro (& its new features).

    Thanks

    Any updates on this?

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

In regards to your question here, we’ve not yet carried out compatibility tests with the beta version. Perhaps you may elaborate further on the issue you are encountering as well as share with us replication steps so that we can carry out further tests to the issue.

We look forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards

    Hi there,

Thanks for your response ?? In general we get noticed already for a bit that the stax visibility plug-in is not updated and might be incompatible with wordpress core & elementor. Are you planning to launch any updates soon?

To elaborate more in the issue. It is an obvious thing if we use visibility logic for example with settings “show for logged in or show for guests” and we have elementor element caching on the visibility logic doesnt seem to work anymore. It just shows all the content to everybody. I disabled the Stax visibility logic plugin and tried the same logic with the feature of Elementor Pro to hide/show elements based on logged in or logged out status and that is working including elementor element cache.

However elementor doesnst have all the logic features Stax offer so we would like to keep on using your plugin.

    Hi there,

In regards to the issue here, I was in a position to have this replicated. I have gone ahead and notified the development team about this matter so that it is looked into and a fix provided in an update.

Kindly bear with us in the meantime.

Hi, we are working on adding this compatibility but probably Elementor will add some hooks we can use in the future. Right now the display conditions from elementor also aren’t compatible with the caching. Will keep you updated on the development

Hey, we just released a new version to include compatibility with Elementor Element Caching experimental feature!

    Best regards

@staxwp i enabled the Elementor Element Caching feature. I updated your plugin to the latest version. But the sections that I conditioned with your plugin are hidden and not displayed. Still not compatible.

i also installed the pro version. Should the pro version also be updated?
