Incompatibility problem with product filter

Hi,

Need an advice here.
I am using Advanced Woo Search and Woof Product filter.

The idea is to search and then use Woof filter to filter down the results. It does not work.
Here is an example of search:

Now, if I try to use any filtering in the left panel, like color, result of filter is based on all items in the shop, not in the result set returned by search.
At same time, if I use native Woo search instead of Advanced Woo Search, everything seem to work as expected.

It feels like Advanced Woo Search is not populating WP Query properly. And Woof then works with wrong dataset which is too broad.

Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
