incompatibility with avada 5.5.2

  • Hi,
    I have download Sunshine photo cart but it doesn’t work well with my theme Avada (i think is a compatibility problem).
    I can create new gallery but when i try to add photos in this new galery nothing happend when cliking on the button. The page is blocked and any button works.
    Please help me to solve this issue ! I have already design the entire site with avada and i can’t restart from the very beginning..

  • This has been asked several other times.

    The issue is not with Sunshine Photo Cart. It is an issue with you current theme or another plugin that is causing the issue.

    Step 1 – disable all plugins other than Sunshine photo cart. See if the issue is resolved.

    Step 2 – disable your current theme and enable one of the default WordPress themes. See if the issue is resolved. (By this step everything should be working)

    @powersp68232 nailed it. The Avada theme is one of the rare themes that I have run into that causes problems with Sunshine for who knows what reason. The 99.9% other themes out there work perfectly fine with Sunshine.
