    I am having trouble seeing the billing page on mobile. I think it is because of bridge theme but there are no updates available and I am not allowed to change this theme

    I am having trouble seeing the billing page on mobile. I think it is because of bridge theme but there are no updates available and I am not allowed to change this theme

    I understand you’re using this theme, right? And the issue only happens on mobile? Can you share screenshots for both desktop and mobile, or can you share your site link so we can review this firsthand?

    Since this is a third-party and paid theme, I’m unable to test this, but in general lines, this can be due to the theme?or third-party plugins interfering as well. To learn more about this, you can run a?conflict test. That is:

    • Deactivate every other plugin except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, then?enable your plugins one by one until you find the culprit. Then, you can reach out to that plugin’s support team to learn more.
    • If the problem persists even with all other plugins disabled, though, then this is most likely a theme conflict, and you’d have to contact the theme developers?here.

    You can run these tests in a Staging environment in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging to spin up a new test site quickly.

    Please keep us posted with the result of your tests.
