    Hello,

    First off – great work, I am using the plugin on my website and it is great.

    However, I noticed on my website – the FAQ question doesn’t expand when I click on it. In Incognito mode however – it worked. So I knew something is wrong with my setup. So I started disabling browser extensions. And it resulted in working FAQ again.

    The extension that caused this incompatibility was “WhatRuns”.

    I am not sure, on what side the problem lies, if that’s the problem with the extension or with your plugin.

    So I am posting here to seek for help.

    Hi Slawomir,

    Thank you for your post. This is the first time we hear of a conflict like this between a browser extension and the plugin. If our Ultimate FAQ plugin is working correctly when the extension is disabled, then it could just be that the extension is conflicting with our plugin’s JavaScript and possibly the JavaScript of other plugins as well.

    Looking at that extension, I can see that it has not been updated in over a year and that there are many recent reviews saying it doesn’t work any more… Did you used to be able to browse FAQs while using this extension?

    Do you see any specific JavaScript errors in your browser console when the FAQs don’t expand? Could you please share those here?

    Hello,

    thanks for the answer.

    I get following error in browser console:

    Error handling response: TypeError: self.processResponse is not a function
    at chrome-extension://cmkdbmfndkfgebldhnkbfhlneefdaaip/js/notification.js:154:10

    Seems something is wrong with that extension, because this is code from it.

    So can be closed, thanks once again for clarification.
