Incompatibility with Login Pages from Membership Plugins
-
Hello,
I recently installed and tested using this “reCaptcha by BestWebSoft” plugin on a site of ours that has the “Restrict Content Pro” premium membership plugin installed as well as on another site that has the “Paid Memberships Pro” membership plugin installed. On both sites, reCAPTCHA v3 worked fine with the default WordPress login page (/wp-login.php). However, again with both sites, on the login form/page that’s offered by the membership plugins (e.g., /login/), this reCAPTCHA/plugin appears to not be compatible and will throw an error that says that there was a problem with the username or password entered. This happens even though the same login details were used on the default WordPress login page and worked. So it, unfortunately, makes it impossible to use this reCAPTCHA plugin on the site which we wanted for the extra security.
So I wanted to ask to see if there is a way that you could get your plugin to work and be compatible with both of these membership plugins and/or can you tell me if you know why this isn’t working right now? If we had the paid version of this “reCaptcha by BestWebSoft” plugin, would that then fix whatever incompatibility there is? Is that the issue?
Thank you.
