Incompatibility with Mammoth docx converter – Causes Image Import to fail

I just found that IP Geo Block is causing Mammoth docx converter to be unable to import images.
This was verified by disabling IP Geo Block. Once disabled images import without issue. When enabled, text imports but images fail.
