Incompatibility with other “custom fields” plugins

    Dear Sirs,

    We are using your plugin to manage custom fields on checkout for specific Product Categories. Meanwhile we use another plugin for integration with the invoicing system of our customer, that also add custo fields to the checkout such “Fiscal Code”, mandatory on our country.

    All the fields appears correctly on the checkout page, but when we submit the order, the “Fiscal Code” data (and all the custom data except for your plugin fields) is not written to the order.

    If we disable your plugin, the data is written correclty.

    Please help. Thanks in advance.

    Hi mate, We regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee compatibility with other plugins that also make modifications to the checkout page. When multiple plugins are altering the checkout page simultaneously, conflicts may arise, potentially resulting in custom fields not being displayed correctly in the checkout form.


    The integration of both plugins into your website might require custom development, which falls outside the scope of our support.
