Incompatibility with other plugins

Hey,

first of let me say thank you for developing and supporting this plugin. It does a really good job itself.

Sadly, it’s imcompatible with my current theme that also adds some options to the menu configuration. As soon as I enable this plugin, the regular theme options are gone. This is also true for 2 alternative plugins that I’ve tried.

My question is, if this problem might eventually be fixed in your plugin.
