what do you mean with “Head’s css file is NOT being matched” djonyf, what specifically does not work?

What I meant is that your “Autoptimize” plugin has a compatibility issue with the “a3 Lazy Load” plugin.
One of the .css files of the “a3 Lazy Load” plugin that is in “<head>” is not being included in the styles file combined by “Autoptimize”.
    Could you check the problem?

If you can share your site’s URL I’ll be happy to have a quick look, but chances are that the CSS is in the by default excluded wp-content/uploads directory OR that the A3 lazy load is using Autoptimize’s API to tell AO not to aggregate it to begin with ? ??
