incompatibility with Unattach and Re-attach Media Attachments

When “Unattach and Re-attach Media Attachments” plugin is active, form elements in Form Manager are not editable: the element settings do not roll out. After deactivation of the “Unattach and Re-attach Media Attachments” plugin it works well again.
