Incompatibility with Woocommerce?

  • Hello,

    We’ve been using OceanWP for over a year now and have just decided to use Woocommerce. When I install it, however, it messes with our layout – the cart wants to display in the footer, and I have no idea how to remedy this.

    (i’ve just blanked out personal detail – refer to red box for cart issue).

    What is causing this – does anyone else have this issue?

    Resolved: I checked:
    “Remove Custom WooCommerce Features
    Remove all the custom WooCommerce features added for OceanWP, you will have the default plugin features.”

    I thought I’d fixed this, but disabling “ “Remove Custom WooCommerce Features
    Remove all the custom WooCommerce features added for OceanWP, you will have the default plugin features.” actually creates another issue by causing the cart icon in my header menu to disappear completely.

    I really don’t know how to fix this or what is causing the issue but any help would be very very much appreciated.

    Please go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles, and reset all the scripts (disable all and save, enable back again and save).

    Do not forget to clear your website/browser cache and inspect your page again.
