Incompatibility with WPMU DEV Domain Mapper Plugin

Hello,
it seems like the “Theme My Login plugin” has some compatibility issues with the WPMU DEV Domain Mapper plugin.
The WPMU DEV Domain Mapper plugin enables some kind of “Single Sign On” by messing around with the Authorization Cookie. However, this feature does not work when Theme My Login is active. I guess, the authorization process gets forked too much by Theme My Login.
What can I do?
