Incompatible – crashes WOOCom seetings and more

Are you using the latest versions for WordPress, WooCommerce and our plugin?

We do not have any other report on this issue.

I have the same. It breaks the /cart and /checkout page of my site(blank screen) and gives error 500 if I try to go to WooCommerce -> Settings.

Using the latest of everything together with SwiftIdeas Dante theme.
What info can I provide to give you more insight on the problem?

armannas:

1) If you temporarily switch to the default WordPress theme, does the /cart and /checkout pages work?

2) Can you please activate WP_DEBUG on wp-config.php and get back to us with the error? (Or get it from the server error log)

Some of us prefer polylang than WPML…

Also using polylang like delacalera.

I can’t switch theme, because I do not have a test environment for my WP site. Could try to reproduce on another server, but it is unlikely it is theme related instead of polylang related, what do you think?

The error shows at the settings page of woocommerce and /checkout by the way

The fatal error should be fixed with the just released 2.4.5 but no support for Polylang yet.

Did manual update, it seems ok, admin panel and woocommerce settings available using QTranslate, let me configure, do some testing and i’ll get back to you in max 24 h to confirm, thanks for the effort.

candy2012: We still do not know if you’re also using any multilingual plugin..

armannas: Can you confirm this issue is fixed?

FYI: Only issues found after testing:
-Regions do not appear when selecting the country
-Tax calculation is not made for the shipping

I really don’t know if related or not to original error.
