incompatible with jquery loaded in defer mode

    getting this error from your plugin
    (index):43 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

    i use wp rocket and jQuery is loaded in the head but deferred.

    if this is fixed let me know. plugin seems solid and deserves 5 stars aside from that issue.
