Incompatible with my gallery plugin

    I’m using a plugin called bxSlider integration for WordPress, that turns all wp [gallery] into sliders. When I update the Media Library Categories plugin, my sliders break (revert to a grid of images), and strangely, my side widgets are moved to the bottom. I added the “category=…” to the gallery shortcode, but the sliders still revert to a grid. This link shows the site with the non-updated Media Library Categories and the sliders working. Is there any way you can make the plugins compatible? Or is there a hack I can do to make them compatible? (I’m not a developer, but have occasionally edited my php files.) Let me know if you want me to update the plugin so you can see how it breaks; this is just a site under construction so I can do that. Thanks for your time and help.

    Never mind, I think I found a solution. bxSlider integration for WordPress also has a [bxgallery] shortcode I can use instead of [gallery], and when I use it and update the Media Library Categories plugin, everything works just fine.
