• Hi,
Unfortunately with PHP 7.4 being discontinued, we are forced to update to PHP 8.0 which crashes the “send email” page when you hit the “Notify Users” link in the post/product page. The email forms simply don’t load making it impossible to send the email notifications. I’m not an expert but the errors point to WordPress deprecated actions.
Email Users has become such a vital tool to our business that ou company would gladly pay the developer for a stable version. In that sense, I’d like to ask if you have someone in mind or if someone has taken over the plugin to provide future updates? Do let me know, we’d be forever grateful.
    Thanks,
    Luís

The Send to a Group functionality is also broken with PHP 8. ??

Any chance we can get this plugin working again? If not, is there any other that does the same thing and allow us to email our subscribers (per role) natively without having to share their information or pay for a mailing service?

PHP versions have a lifecycle, and eventually, older versions are phased out and no longer receive active support or updates from the PHP development team. Flappy Bird

I am sorry this isn’t working any longer. I had found someone to take over development but the original author was unwilling to turn over the repository access so it is unlikely it will be fixed.
