Incompatible with Pure Chat plugin after QSM?

    Hi Frank

    All of a sudden all my quizzes have stopped working. They display fine, but the button to go to the results page does not work. I removed plugins on-by-one and found that there seems to be a conflict with Pure Chat (https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/pure-chat/). Disabling this makes QSM work fine again. This has only started happening recently. As their app was last updated a few months ago, think it is more likely to do with the QSM update to 4.7.8 a couple of weeks ago.

    I know it’s hard as there are so many apps, etc. out there but any ideas on what I can do here. I have also asked them (Pure Chat) for help.

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! What happens when you click the button with Pure Chat activated? Does the loader show? Does anything happen after the loader appearing? Do the results still appear on the “Results” page for the admin?

    Hi Frank. Thanks for getting back to me. When I had the Pure Chat plugin activated, the button is effectively inoperative – nothing happens. No loader or anything. No results submitted backed. I have since ditched Pure Chat (for Tawk.to) but might be useful for you to know for the future.
