Incompatible with WP 3.9?

This plugin is precisely what I’m looking for and that it has so much positive feedback makes me want to use it even more.
I have stalled it here. The bottom most post with not content within (just a rectangular box) was set as published on
Published on: May 1, 2011 @ 13:22I have enabled the plugin on this post and have set the expiration, as draft, for anywhere from 5-10 minutes later and yet it remains.
The debug info has:

Given all that, am I missing something and/or can you help?
