• I just downloaded a update last week, cannot find the confirmation on the site, but presume I have 4.1

I downloaded a new theme today. It says that the .css file is missing and it cannot install.

If possible, contact [email redacted] as that is the person who is doing the web site.

  • Take a few minutes to completely review the installation instructions and documentation that came with your theme to make sure you are uploading the correct archive. If the error continues, you should contact the support channel at the point of purchase (commercial themes aren’t supported here)

Thank you for the quick reply. I presume Envato is the support channel. They have not quick response method, so I sent a message through a forum Do you have other ideas for me?

Do you have other ideas for me?

Read the installation instructions and documentation that came with the theme?

The large download you purchase, is rarely the archive you actually upload to your theme directory. Look inside the download for the documentation. I’m betting there’s far more than just a WordPress theme inside the download.
