My store is connected to my Constant Contact account. I tried to import my WC?users (252 users) into Constant Contact, but only 52 users are imported. And the “Import your contacts” dropdown in the WP admin is now greyed out.

By leaving that page and entering it again, I was able to get the “Import your contacts” dropdown to function again, and tried the import again, but no more contacts were imported.

How can I import all of my users?

    WordPress 5.8.3 | PHP 7.4.27 | Apache | MySQL 10.2.41-MariaDB

    Hi @denis24

Not quite yet, still checking on some things and we also had the weekend between as well which slowed down some responses.

Will let you know once I have something for you.

Thank you for the patience thus far.

    Hey Denis,

Can you reach out to [email protected] and CC [email protected] with a link to this thread as well?

We’d like to discuss some details regarding this issue, that are best done privately, instead of on the public forum here.

I sent the email to [email protected] as requested.

I just noticed that you have released an update to your plugin. Was a solution to my issue included in the update?

No, we don’t know what is going on yet with this issue, and we’re still looking into it. Thank you for the reach out at the email address provided as well. That will help get this moving along more.

The release was some other small things that we had in the pipeline that got finished up.

It looks like a Michael Beckwith responded in the reach out there requesting some extra information, but hadn’t heard back since then. Can you check for an email response from him and respond back there, so we can resume that debugging privately?

I have not heard anything about this issue. I have not been contacted by Michael Beckwith or anyone else.

Just requested that he reach back out with a followup reply, which should be in your inbox soon. Just in case, double check spam filters as well. It’ll be coming from a [email protected] email address.

Hello. I still have not heard anything from you about this issue. No one contacted me from a [email protected] email address.

I first posted this topic two months ago, and I need to resolve the issue!

Not sure what may be going on, as I’ve checked and Michael says he responded and he says his message was seen on the 18th o February. However, I’ll have him respond again just to be certain. Can you be on the lookout and also make sure to double check spam filters just in case they’re getting stuck there.

Hey Paul, did you ever receive any emails from Michael? Would you be fine with him reaching out to you directly if not?
