incomplete (inaccurate?) data on visitors

    I upgraded to the pro version so I could get more data on my visitors. Except, the data isn’t there. Every single visitor is logged as “Anonymous Proxy, not found, not found”. The “traffic by country” table is empty and there is nothing at all on the map. “Browsers” and “referring sites” are showing up, but nothing on keyword searches or any of the other metrics.

    Wonder if maybe this is an issue with my theme? The free version of the plugin has supposedly been tested with my theme (period) but the pro version has not, I don’t think.

    for sure there is something wrong with your site,
    please try to remove the free version then deactivate the pro version and activate it again,
    after that, please clean your site cache and try..

    I tried all that and nothing changed. Have created a ticket on the premium forum
