Incomplete installation?

  • Latest WP, latest Cookie plugin just installed using automatic install.

    No sign of settings either in plugin list or on settings menu. Active using unaltered defaults.

    Old site cookie page referenced by this plugin. No sign of a new page.

    I’ve tried shutting down browser and restarting it. No change.

    What am I missing?
