Incomplete Transactions with Refresh

Hello,

The behavior on two different sites could be similar but the causes could be different depending on each site setup.

I understand when you refresh the page then the payment appears incomplete. To take a better look, please provide the following:

Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Be sure to redact any sensitive information from the logs such as email addresses, and names.

Also just to be clear, it stopped doing it once I disabled the new payments experience – which I would like to use in the future if possible, just not with the bug that exist.

Once you disable the new payments experience you can go back to the “Advanced settings” and enable the feature again if you wish so.
