incomplete transfer

    I recently purchased the unlimited plan that should have allowed me to transfer all my post and pages onto my www.ads-software.com site. However, after running the program, I was only able to get 100/297 of my latest pages over to my new site. Moreover, none of the comments on the pages were successfully migrated over. I’ve tried it several times with another blog and the results were all the same, only 100 pages made it through with no comments. I re-ran it a couple of times, but it looks like it got cut of at exactly 100 pages. Meanwhile, the rest of my posts made it through.

    Hi @dummyt,

    That’s strange, it sounds like there might be something within the settings on your host that is slowing down the import process perhaps.

    Thanks for purchasing the unlimited license. Please reply to your email receipt and we can provide direct support on this. It will be possible to import all your posts, pages and comments ??

    Hello, thank you for your response. I actually sent another email before I apologise for reaching out through two different methods. I’m actually in a rush to finish migrating my content. To save time, I’ll answer the questions here anyway. The blog which I just set up is completely new and I’ve tried the plugin on both bluehost and siteground, so I don’t think it’s a problem with the host set-up. I’ve also left my login details on another ticket?(44034) as per the instructions so you can take a look at it easily. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
