inconsistant links in Tools/Site Health

Just noticed some inconsistancy in the links displayed under Tools/Site Health.
eg (x = dashicons-external):

The WordPress Hosting Team maintains a list of those modules, both recommended and required, in the team handbook x.

Learn more about what WordPress requires to run. x

Learn more about updating PHP x

So it appears we have:

1. A dot behind the dashicons-external.
2. A dot before the dashicons-external.
3. No dot at all.

(The above is what I noticed so far. There may be other variants out there …)

I wonder, are there any guidelines/standards that clarify what to use when ?
