Inconsistencies in page converting

Hi, first off, thanks for making this plugin, it’s saved me a lot of time in the past!

I’m converting a series of pages to a custom post type on several difference sites. All pages being converted are parents, without any children in the list. The problem I’m having is not consistent, but very odd.

On a couple sites, all the pages converted without issue. On another, maybe half of the pages converted. Then on another, none of the pages were converted.

The one thing I thought of with the pages that could potentially be a factor would be the use of custom fields, more specifically the custom field template plugin. All the pages have the same grouping of custom fields, but have been fields have been filled in differently, and some of the radio options are different from page to page.

I’m not really sure if that would have an impact on converting the pages, and was hoping someone would be able to provide some more information as to whether or not the custom field templates in existence could somehow have a negative effect in conjunction with using this plugin.
