• Hi,

We are having good success with Jigoshop and several of your paid plugins. I’m confused by the sales report page though.

The first column that lists Top Earners shows a figure for Total Sales which is consistently higher than the Total Sales listed in the third column under Total New Customers and Total Orders. Can you tell me what is going on and why these numbers are different?

If only 3 different products have sold during the specified time period, then all sales fall under the Top Earners category. But even if that weren’t the case, the Top Earners shouldn’t have a higher sales figure than the Total Sales from all orders!

Also, it seems that orders in various statuses like Pending are also counted in these numbers. Why is that? A Pending order has not been (and may never be) completed and should not be counted toward sales totals, should it?

    Thank you for your help.

    Josh

From the version 17 sales reports are much more robust… we would strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version.
