inconsistent data being sent to FedEx

Hello! (Our shop is pw protected how can I send you creds?) We are trying to get the free FedEX Live Rates plugin working. We have all the correct API creds entered, OK is showing, and global shipping is checked. Debug is also checked and no errors are returned. Incorrect rates are displaying.
Spent time on phone with FedEx web services support and they are receiving multiple different data sets for every call. Sometimes the data sent is missing our zip or other bits. I really have no idea where to start with debugging this (and they didn’t either). Do you have any insights? Happy to send admin log in.Thank you,
