    Hello! (Our shop is pw protected how can I send you creds?) We are trying to get the free FedEX Live Rates plugin working. We have all the correct API creds entered, OK is showing, and global shipping is checked. Debug is also checked and no errors are returned. Incorrect rates are displaying.

    Spent time on phone with FedEx web services support and they are receiving multiple different data sets for every call. Sometimes the data sent is missing our zip or other bits. I really have no idea where to start with debugging this (and they didn’t either). Do you have any insights? Happy to send admin log in.

    Thanks for reaching out. Indeed, the data sent from your WooCommerce via our plugin using the official FedEx API shouldn’t be inconsistent.

    Hello! Thanks for the reply. I can’t use the form on your website as the product name isn’t populating. I believe this is a function of us using the free version. I don’t see a way to create an acct to login with. What other options do I have?
