    I’m seeing some odd behavior with Discord roles where it isn’t consistently updating roles upon renewal. Sometimes when a member renews their membership after a period of cancellation, roles aren’t re-applied when they re-subscribe. Once they alert me via a support ticket and I click the “Run API” button in the member list it applies the roles, but this is causing a large load of support requests.

    The Discord Integration for Paid Memberships Pro is built, and maintained by a third-party developer. You may reach out to their support channel for assistance regarding this issue – https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/pmpro-discord-add-on/

    However, with that being said I am going to try and replicate this issue and see if I can provide any further feedback. This may take me a couple of days to get set up and replicate on my own end, you may get an answer quicker by reaching out to the developers of the Discord Integration.

    Thank you for your patience @borkmcgork, I was able to replicate this issue and can confirm if you cancel your membership and sign up again for the same level you don’t get the Discord role.

    I am going to reach out to the developer to ask them to investigate this further, but it still may be best to reach out to their support directly as they build and maintain this integration into Paid Memberships Pro as mentioned here – https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/pmpro-discord-add-on/
