Inconsistent interface between log-in and non log-in users

We see an inconsistency of log-in and non log-in users see about the purchase finish page. On the purchase completion page, we can see the email address and phone number of the logged-in user, but we cannot see the email address and phone number of the non-logged-in user.How can we fix this problem?
